Privacy and Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

  • Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” (200 Euro minimum) will be applied for bookings cancelled in time period up to 3 days prior to boat embarkation.
  • Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period from booking to 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
  • Cancellation fee of 40% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 7 days prior to boat embarkation.

In case of inability to charter the boat at the agreed date, time and place for bad, bad weather reasons, the renter will get full refund of the dates missed.
Warranty In case of damage on the boat there is an excess fee of maximum depending on the size of the boat. Since it’s a skippered option, all liability is over our responsibility. However, if damage is caused by the client, it shall be repaired on his own expenses on additional cost.

a. Membership / Account Registration
 
When you register as a member to us directly or ask to become via any form of communication such as email or phone , then you will include personal information including: full name(firstname, lastname), email, phone, country .
 
b. Forms
 
When you submit a contact or reservation request then you will include personal information such as: your full name, email (and optionally your phone or country of residence)
 
c. Transport
 
When you submit a transfer request you will include personal information such as: your full name , email and optionally your phone, country of residence.
 
d. Booking / Reservation
 
When you proceed with a booking via our website or via a third party provider ( online travel agent) then you will need to include a full name, email (email alias from third party sources), phone, country and billing information (only if paid via a credit/debid card or if its required as a guarantee)

Please note that we periodically delete old backups in 1 and 3 month periods so if you have decided to remove any data we have collected from you, any backup that holds your personal information will be removed at the maximum after 90 days.
