Crewed charters are generally paid by wire transfer in two installments:
First payment (30%) is payable upon contract signing and necessary to confirm the booking.
Second payment (70%+VAT) is payable 15-20 days prior to embarkation.

For any cancellation caused by the charterer, the following cancellation fees will apply:
For cancellations up to 7 days before embarkation:
A “Dossier Expenses” fee of 250 Euro will apply.
For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before embarkation:
A cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee will apply.
For cancellations within 7 to 3 days before embarkation:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee will apply.
For cancellations within 3 days before embarkation:
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee will apply.
Weather Conditions Policy:
-If the charter has to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, indicating that the yacht is prohibited from cruising by safety regulations enforced by the port authority, it may be subject to rescheduling, should the yacht calendar allow for it. Otherwise, a total refund will be issued.
-Should winds prohibit a cruise to the selected itinerary, the itinerary will be altered as per the captain’s discretion.
Cancellation Policy for daily charters:
For any cancelation caused by the charterer, the following cancellation policy will apply
a. A “Dossier’s expenses” policy of 350 Euro will be applied for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the charter hire for bookings cancelled between 40 and 31 days prior to embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
Cancellation Policy for multiple day/weekly charters:
For any cancelation caused by the charterer, the following cancellation policy will apply
a. A “Dossier’s expenses” policy of 350 Euro will be applied for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within the timeframe of 61 to 90 days prior to embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 50% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within the timeframe of 60 up to 31 days prior to embarkation.
d. Cancellation fee of 100% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
Weather Conditions Policy:

To complete the charter documentation, we require the full names of all passengers as listed on their passport or ID, along with their passport number, nationality, and date of birth.
Please provide details on dietary preferences, special meal requirements, and any medical conditions or allergies.
Fuel rates may vary slightly due to market fluctuations until the start of the charter. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance to settle any differences.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult member of the charter group throughout the duration of the trip.
