Crewed charters are generally paid by wire transfer in two installments:

• First payment (30%) is payable upon contract signing and necessary to confirm the booking

• Second payment (70% + VAT) is payable 15-20 days prior to embarkation

Charter Documentation & Important Information

To complete the charter documentation, we require the following:

• Full names of all passengers as listed on their passport or ID

• Passport number

• Nationality

• Date of birth

• Dietary preferences and special meal requirements

• Any medical conditions or allergies

Important Notes

• Fuel rates may vary slightly due to market fluctuations until the start of the charter. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance to settle any differences.

• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult member of the charter group throughout the duration of the trip.

3.1 By signing up to our mailing list, you agree to receive periodic marketing communications from Yrian Cruising, which may include promotional discount codes, early-access offers, and sailing-related news.

3.2 Discount codes issued via mailing list sign-up (e.g., the 10% seasonal offer) are subject to the following conditions:

• Valid only for bookings within the specified travel window stated at the time of issue.

• One code per booking; cannot be combined with other offers.

• Non-transferable and has no cash value.

• Yrian Cruising reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time prior to confirmed booking.

3.3 By submitting your email, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for remarketing purposes on third-party digital platforms.

3.4 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect any existing booking or contractual relationship with Yrian Cruising.
