Crewed charters are generally paid by wire transfer in two installments:

• First payment (30%) is payable upon contract signing and necessary to confirm the booking

• Second payment (70% + VAT) is payable 15-20 days prior to embarkation

Charter Documentation & Important Information

To complete the charter documentation, we require the following:

• Full names of all passengers as listed on their passport or ID

• Passport number

• Nationality

• Date of birth

• Dietary preferences and special meal requirements

• Any medical conditions or allergies

Important Notes

• Fuel rates may vary slightly due to market fluctuations until the start of the charter. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance to settle any differences.

• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult member of the charter group throughout the duration of the trip.
